Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our websites, sign in or place an order, why we collect it, and your rights.

01Who we are

Yama Cart™ (www.yamacart.com and www.shop.yamacart.com), Yama Print™ (www.print.yamacart.com) and Yama B2B™ (b2b.yamacart.com) are brands of Abu Alfoutoh for Stationery Manufacturing LLC (commercial register no. 304430, Cairo Investment), Egypt. This policy covers all of them. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are the data controller under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations (Decree No. 816 of 2025).

02What we collect

Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID from Google. We never see your Google password.

Order details: your WhatsApp number, delivery address, the products and print options you choose, prices, and how you pay.

Files you upload for printing, and the proof you approve.

Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or website forms.

Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies (see below).

03Why we use it

To create and secure your account, and to confirm that your email address is yours (sign-in links and Google sign-in).

To prepare quotes, take your order, print it, deliver it and give you support. This is needed to carry out our agreement with you.

To issue invoices and keep records required by Egyptian tax and accounting law.

To keep the website safe, prevent fraud and improve our service.

To send you offers, only if you agree. You can say no at any time, free of charge.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

Our cloud hosting provider, which hosts our website, shop and business system.

Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.

Google (Google Analytics), to count visits and see which pages are used. Google gets your IP address, device and browser type and the pages you visit, never your name, email or phone number.

Meta (WhatsApp), when you message us or we message you about your order.

Delivery companies such as Egypt Post, to deliver your order.

Banks and payment services you choose (for example InstaPay or mobile wallets), to receive your payment.

Government authorities, such as the Egyptian Tax Authority, when the law requires it.

05Data stored outside Egypt

Some of these services (our hosting provider, Google, Meta) store data on servers outside Egypt, including the visit statistics from Google Analytics. We transfer data abroad only as Law No. 151 of 2020 allows, and we choose providers that protect it to a standard at least equal to Egyptian law.

06How long we keep it

Account data: while your account is open. Ask us and we close it.

Orders and invoices: as long as Egyptian tax and accounting laws require.

Print files: up to 90 days after delivery, so we can reprint or fix a problem, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

07Your rights

Under Law No. 151 of 2020 you can: know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy; correct it; ask us to delete it; withdraw your consent; object to or limit its use; and be told if a data breach affects you. We reply to your request as the law requires.

To use these rights, message us on WhatsApp at 0112 614 8987. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

08Cookies

We use cookies that the website needs to work: to keep you signed in, remember your cart and order, and protect forms. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are visited. See how Google uses this data: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in and ordering may then stop working.

09Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), sign-in links that expire, and access limited to the staff who need it. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell the Personal Data Protection Center within 72 hours and tell you when the law requires it.

10Children

Our services are for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from children without a parent's or guardian's consent. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. If the change is important, we tell you before it applies.
