Faber-Castell Creative Studio Soft Pastel Set, 24 Half-Sticks from Faber-Castell — 24 soft, chalk-based half-stick pastels.
These acid-free soft pastels have a silky, smooth laydown with intense, opaque colour and good lightfastness. The half-length square sticks shade large areas on their side and pick out fine detail on the edge, and they blend readily with a finger, paper stump or pastel brush. They suit textured surfaces such as pastel paper, card and even wood; a light fixative is recommended once finished. Ideal for students and aspiring artists.
The 24-colour selection covers a full working palette — brights, earth tones and greys.
