Talens Gouache, 20 ml Tube, Yellow 205

Talens Gouache Extra Fine — Yellow 205 (20 ml) is a warm, deep yellow opaque watercolour (gouache) from Royal Talens, made in the Netherlands. Its high pigment load gives fully opaque, velvety-matte colour, while the traditional dextrin binder makes it thixotropic — thick in the tube, then smooth and even as you work it.

How to use: thin with water for flat washes and soft transitions, or use it straight from the tube for bold, streak-free coverage. It isn't waterproof once dry, so you can reactivate and rework it with water for clean corrections. Works with a brush, airbrush, or even a ruling pen for crisp lines.

Where it's used: illustration, poster and design work, studies and student portfolios — on paper, board, and mixed media.

Key features: 20 ml tube · opaque · matte finish · dextrin binder · water-soluble and reworkable · high pigment concentration · made in the Netherlands.
