Description
A white charcoal pencil — the opposite of black charcoal: it adds light, highlights and white lines onto toned or dark paper instead of shadow.
On grey, tan or black paper you draw the highlights with white charcoal and the shadows with black, letting the paper itself be the mid-tone; it blends softly like charcoal. Needs a paper with some tooth.
