What payment methods do you accept?ما هي طرق الدفع المتاحة؟
We accept InstaPay and mobile wallets. You pay the full amount when you order, with a full money-back guarantee. We don't take cash on delivery or cards.
How long does delivery take?كم يستغرق التوصيل؟
Standard delivery is typically 1–3 business days in Cairo. Delivery costs 55–110 EGP depending on your area.
Do you offer same-day print services?هل تقدمون خدمة طباعة في نفس اليوم؟
Yes! Send your file via WhatsAppواتساب or email and we will confirm availability. Documents, posters, binding, laminating and scanning all available.
Which art brands do you carry?ما ماركات الفن لديكم؟
We stock Royal Talens, Van Gogh, Faber-Castell, Canson and our own Egyptian brand Seba® notebooks and sketchbooks.
Can I return a product?هل يمكنني إرجاع منتج؟
