Description
A report cover with a sliding bar binds loose sheets without punching a single hole. You square the stack, slide the plastic spine down over the edge, and it clamps — which is why it is the standard for anything handed in and handed back: a report, a proposal, a set of drawings that has to stay in order but may need a page swapped later.
The bar width is the spec that matters, because it sets the capacity: too many sheets and the bar will not close, too few and the stack slides around inside it. Match the bar to the job rather than forcing one size to do both. The clear front cover is standard so the title page reads through without a label.
The everyday A4 cover with a 10 mm bar, for a short report or proposal up to about thirty sheets. This is the one an office gets through in quantity, so it is worth keeping a few in the drawer rather than buying one at a time.
