A sand (abrasive) eraser — unlike a rubber, it works by gently sanding the top layer of the paper, which lets it lift ink and stubborn marks a soft eraser can't.
Use it lightly and only where you must — it thins the paper as it works, so it's a spot tool for ink corrections, not a general eraser.
