Seba is our own notebook line, and the sewn spine is the reason it exists: each section is stitched through the fold rather than glued at the edge, so the book opens flat and stays whole.

Glued bindings crack along the spine and shed pages once the glue hardens — usually within a year, and always at the worst moment. A stitched book will outlast the paper inside it, which is why the format has not changed in three hundred years.
